I had a Dwarf Netherland Rabbit and since he was a younglin, him and my cat always loved playing together and having fun with one another. So cats and rabbits can get along, heh. My cat treated the rabbit as if he were a cat, I kind of had to get on to her a few times for trying to play too rough with him.
How cute. ^^ I find all these "and the cat didn't eat it?" comments to be silly, no? Many cats have no problems with rodents and prey-animals. Only cats that have been raised to be mousers or who have had to hunt generally have a "problem" with it. For example, one of my cats adores all animals, especially Mitch, my hamster. They sit together all the time and even if the hamster bites him my cat doesn't even think of hurting him. However, another cat of mine, a former stray, killed Mitch's brother just a few weeks ago when he got out, and then brought him to me as a gift. It all depends on the cat, and actually hunting cats seem to be becoming rarer and rarer.
